Workflow enquiry data notice
How Clairon handles information submitted through the workflow form.
Controller and contact
Edouard Maleix, self-employed, trading as Clairon, Ungargasse 39, 1030 Vienna, Austria, is responsible for the application data described here.
For privacy questions or requests, contact relay@clairon.io.
Why this information is used
Clairon uses the information in an enquiry to assess the workflow, suggest an appropriate next step, and respond to the person who submitted it.
The basis is the consent given when the enquiry is sent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.
What is collected and who processes it
The enquiry collects a name, work email, and workflow message. Please do not include confidential operational data or special-category personal data.
Formward processes submitted enquiry data for Clairon as a processor. Clairon uses its dashboard as the record for reviewing enquiries.
Retention
Enquiry data is deleted after 90 days unless a business relationship begins or keeping it longer is required to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Contact Clairon first at the address above so the request can be handled.
